Customer must contact Originally Unique Accessories immediately at Originallyuniqueaccessories@gmail.com or (941) 565-8016 if you received a product you ordered from us defective. Customer has 5 days from the first day they received their prodect to report a damaged item or a return. Anything after 5 days, customer is not eligible for a return.
To initiate the return, customer must contact Tiffany's Accessories to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning product.
If customer is eligible for a return and have received a return merchandise authorization, customer must return product in its original package with the invoice that was sent with the original shipment.
When the product has been sent to the mailing address that was given with the return merchandise authorization (RMA) and Tiffany's Accessories have received the product, we will immediately initiate by examining the product to determine a full refund or an exchange. This process may take 7 to 10 business days.
If the decision has been made for a full refund, the return will be returned in full using the original method of payment.
If the decision has been made for an exchange, we will exchange the same product. If the product is out of stock the customer can choose another product with the same value of the original item.
